Grandma's Gift

I know some of you will relate to this statement. I learned to sew, quilt, knit, tat, and embroider from my mother and grandmothers. My current art medium is wool, used in a different way, but I still feel a connection to the women to took the time to teach me their crafts, as their mothers taught them. The sewing basket that now holds my felting needles, was given to me, by my Grandmother, when I was seven. I count it amongst my treasured poss
